Six weeks of going to the gym on the regular and maintaining what fitbit says is
M/34/5’9”[145 lbs > 141 lbs = 4lbs] one month. Lifting while in calorie
M/29/5’10” [214 > 206 = 8lbs] 500 calorie deficit with a goal weight of
F/24/5'10" [170lb - 158lb = 12lb] recomposition progress since December. Been
F/26/5'9" [165>135>160= -5lbs] calorie deficit weight loss versus
29/M/5'10". 255 to 200 lbs over 7 months. Just some personal proof that muscle
