M/26/6'0/156 I've been a skinny guy my entire life. Just started working out and
M 45 too hairy, hard to gain muscle mass, 2 months of depression brought the love
M30/5"6'/120lbs - I've always been skinny, but I've lost a huge amount this
25/6'4/163 - Starting my journey today of gaining 10 pounds of muscle mass
M/22/5”7 [177 > 175 = -2lb] Two week update. Not a lot of weight lost but
28/M/5'7"(1,70m)/168lb(76kg) Last time I posted was over a year ago. Because
Been trying to work out consistently since January, and have gained quite a bit of
6 weeks of 18:6 consistently, plus daily workouts, and counting calories. I have
[24, 5'10, 158.7lb] Working on gaining muscle mass, slowly but surely.
