I don't care about glamour [m]uscles, but strength training is not without its benefits
M/24/5'6/122lb -- sick of being small, starting strength training. Day 1
M/24/5'11" [175 lbs>165ish lbs = 10 lbs] (1 year) Body weight only strength
Seriously proud of my leg definition after strength training and losing 50+ pounds
