F26 SW:136lbs CW:136.4lbs GW:120lbs Week 1 done! Ate like crap on the weekend but I did 18:6 almost everyday and exercised more than my goal of 3x/week. Not seeing any change yet but it felt good to have a pretty consistent week! Here's my day 7!
