M/26/6'2" [220lbs to 210lbs] (2 months) No strict diet. Went to gym every day ( 6 days weights & rest day cardio only ) I stopped loosing weight two weeks ago.. stuck in 95kg.. any advice? I'm planning to do OMAD diet for few weeks and see how it goes
