M/30/6' (183cm) [114.8kg (253lbs) > 84.8kg (187lbs) (around about 10 months)

F/20/5'4 197->160. about 6 months of hard work. almost there!!

F/26/5'3" 207-170. About halfway to my goal weight, and just last night I got
