M/26/5'10" SW: 285lbs CW: 263lbs - CICO and daily workouts 5x/wk for minimum 45 min per. Loving the immediate changes to my back, butt, legs, and shoulders, clothes are fitting a little better. I'm only six weeks in but I'm aiming for the rest of my life.
