F/40/5'11 [226 > 195 = 31lb] 2 years. I didn't hit my goal weight in time for my 40th birthday but I'm still pleased with my progress. Cardio and circuit training 3-4 x week in addition to IF. Time to knuckle down and lose that last 15lb in 2021.
