IF for 2 months with meal prep and heavy lifting 6 days a week
13 lbs from my goal weight, only 8 lbs before I've got a 'normal' BMI!
Started fasting 30th October at 174lbs - 2nd photo 9th Nov at 154lbs. I'm 5'11"
About 3 weeks in and I'm down about 6 lbs and finally am getting some visible progress!
20 Months IF (18:6 / 16:8), CICO Male, 37, 6'1, SW: 239 CW/GW 177 = 62lb loss
M/35 Week 2 doing 16:8 IF. 205 lbs. notice little gains. Long way to go.

I started fasting about a month ago, down almost 7 pounds. I've been cutting a hour
22 pounds down and a few more pounds to go, 18:6 (sometimes 20:4 or OMAD), 6 months
1,000 hours fasted! Water fasted 41+ of the last 46 days.
