28/m - 190lbs 6'4'' - Lost 16lbs!
I'm the same weight as I started out, even though I'm skinnier and stronger. Here's
M, 35, 6'1" 220 lbs. Hoping to lose 20 pounds and regain definition.
Gaining strength work in progress. More work with northern Ohio winter coming
Back to 140 - about 2 weeks of proper eating and gym schedule M-32-140
5 months of lifting gained a little more than 20 pounds
UPDATE: gained 4 pounds since january with 2 times heavy gym workout. Will continue
m/25/170lb/5'10" - started to workout, not very happy with my body
34/220/M 9 weeks of progress. But still have a long way to go
